Infrastructure Recovery Update

Great news — our production infrastructure has been successfully restored.

✅ New GCP VM deployed

This time more better
✅ Core data successfully recovered
✅ Database integrity verified
✅ Services currently being reconfigured

We are now rotating keys, updating configurations, and reconnecting all systems to bring everything fully operational again.

Some services may still experience temporary instability.

🚨 Infrastructure Recovery Update

Good news — data recovery has started and should be completed within an hour

We’ve successfully initiated a full export of our production server data, and a ~30GB recovery file is currently downloading.

Please note that this doesn't mean that our platform is up and running. We are still down and maximum things won't work.

Thanks for the patience — we’re actively working to bring everything back online safely and as quickly as possible.

🚨 IMPORTANT PLATFORM UPDATE

We are currently experiencing a major infrastructure outage affecting core platform services and backend systems.

As a result, some or all platform features may remain temporarily unavailable for the next few days while we perform recovery, optimization, and stability work.

Please do not panic if:
- pages fail to load,
- login/session issues occur,
- data updates appear delayed,
- certain systems become temporarily inaccessible.

Your support means a lot during this beta phase. This testing period is helping us identify critical scaling issues early so we can build a much stronger platform moving forward.
